Apple-calypse

I’ll start by saying I appreciate your feedback. And I appreciate you taking your time to read my articles. I know how scarce a resource time is and you sparing some for my two cents means the world to me. It inspires and encourages me to keep going. Thank you. Keep reading. 💙

Sometimes, the feedback leads to ideas some of which never see the light of day and others like today’s article… well, let’s just say they’re the lucky ones. So let’s keep engaging. Even here on the comment section. I am yet to understand why you shun such (shun shuch 😂)

From my last article (you can read it along with the older posts) I was reminded of Adam’s wife Eve. They were explicitly told not to eat a certain fruit as the good book tells us since it would help them know good and evil. Now we won’t talk about how fictitious that story sounds today.. though I have so many questions 😈

There are some things we are better off not knowing no cap. Yeah it sounds good... it’s appealing... but honestly, we better remain ignorant. I will take a detour here and say ignorance is not related in any way to ignoring. The act or habit of ignoring IS NOT ignorance 🙄 Ignorance is lack of knowledge!

Sorry, we were in the garden of Eden and ezawasayn there are some things which once you experience there is no going back. Some experiences are better not felt than to be felt once and never again. They leave a void in us. A longing/ thirst that takes a lot of effort and intentionality to erase; and not many of us have the it in us for such erasure.

So unlike Eve, I’d rather not know. Don't be like Eve either, filter what comes your way. Choose your experiences. Have class, have a standard, have taste.

They say if you stand for nothing, you'll fall for anything.

    1. Look before you leap. Just know what you're getting into in the name of adventure lest you fall into a trap.
