One time our good lord said unless a grain of wheat falls to
the ground it only remains a seed. He was referring to his death. But don’t you
think the truth of that statement applies to us too?
Look at yourself. You are full of infinite potential the
extent to which only you can define. And many a times we do not achieve even a
fraction of this potential. We do not want to ‘fall to the ground’ as he called
it. For whatever reason be it fear or just that we are comfortable where we
are.
Every day we have people remind us of how much power we
possess but rarely do we take any action to make this a reality. We are okay
with being grains. The idea of producing hundreds or even thousands of similar
seeds, though tempting, becomes just a dream.
At another instance he said if you have faith as small as a
mustard seed you can tell a mountain to move. See how just one little step in
the right direction can cause a massive impact? Then why do we let fear hinder
us from achieving all these possibilities?
Let us purpose today that we will make that very
important step and allow ourselves to fall to the ground. The ground of that
business idea you’ve had for a time now, that degree you’ve been talking about,
those stocks you’ve been wanting, that person you’ve been planning to walk down
the isle…. You are more than just a grain. You are a seed and in you is immense power that can potentially change your world.
Allow yourself to fall, the ground is ready.
