Fleeting..

We were never meant to be here forever. Life is short and one day we will exit this stage called life. Do you think it will matter how you lived? Do you think ten generations from you will spend days thinking about you? Probably not. In less than ten years from our exit we will be just but memories. Many great men have walked this earth before us and they all followed that one inevitable path. No matter how big their impact on the world was, the sun still rose from the east.

So what do we do? We enjoy the show. Dance, sing, do it all. It is our turn to be alive. Hundreds of years from now the stage will belong to others who will not have a single care who we were. It doesn’t really matter who they will be; what matters is that the light is on us now. Do not waste this chance chasing shadows. Make best of what is present. If you do not have that money now, then you have the time, use that to derive the most satisfaction.

In her song ‘cheap thrills’ prophetess Sia encourage us to just be happy with whatever we have at our disposal. There has to be something. Be happy with that. My grandma was once a young beautiful girl and now only memories of her hay days remain. If she had not made the best of her days that time, how do you think she would be feeling right now? Exactly.
